This is a reference letter pertaining to MilCo Contracting, LLC.
We purchased 10119 Sea Breeze Drive (Lot 189) in Land’s End in November of 2013. Unfortunately, the inspector that we hired did not notice the extensive dry rot and wall mold in a ground level room on the south side of our home. Not only was it an eye sore but a potential problem for my family.
I talked to several builders and local home renovation companies to inquire about what could be done at a reasonable cost. Driving through our neighborhood, I saw where several homeowners had a MilCo Contracting sign in front of their homes.
I called and talked to the owner Ryan Miller. He came over that day with one of his senior workers. They evaluated what could and should be done. In about two days, he sent me a detailed description of what he would do and the associated costs. I asked him if, once he started the job, would he then send his crew somewhere else and leave me with an unfinished project. He stated that would never happen.
He started the following week and when one group of his crew finished, another started the next day. I was so impressed with the quality of work that was done. Every day, Ryan would come by just to make sure everything was perfect and ready for the next phase. Also, at the end of the day, the job site was left clean and tidy.
Not only did he finish ahead of schedule but also he went above and beyond to what we had agreed. We are so pleased with MilCo Contracting that I have no hesitation in recommending them for any project. They are professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Great company!
